We’re looking for a Construction & Technical Manager to join our UK team and take ownership of construction delivery across refurbishment-led residential projects.
This is a hands-on, client-side role focused on managing contractors, site execution, and build delivery, supported by strong technical and compliance coordination.
You’ll be working in a lean team, closely alongside the Business Development Manager and Director, with real ownership over how projects are delivered on site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contractors from mobilisation through completion
- Maintaining regular site presence to control quality, programme, and buildability
- Coordinating technical design, building regulations, and compliance
- Leading contractor tendering and cost control with QS support
- Managing variations, snagging, and handover
What we’re looking for:
- 6–10+ years’ experience in construction delivery / project management
- Strong refurbishment or fit-out background
- Comfortable operating between site and technical coordination
- Confident managing contractors, consultants, and QSs
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
Projects: Refurbishment-led residential schemes (up to £2m construction value)
Location: Reading, UK
Salary: £60,000 + performance-based upside
