Salary £45,000–£55,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hillfoot Surgery is a long established, friendly, efficient and supportive GP practice, widely respected for its collaborative working, training and teaching; with a supportive, stable and encouraging team ethos.

With a hands‑on approach, candidates must be conscientious, provide solid leadership and have a sound knowledge of strategic business management, finance, planning and HR.

Responsibilities Organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across all clinical and administrative areas within the practice.

Day‑to‑day smooth running of the patient‑centric practice, supporting partners, administrative and clinical team.

Adapt to NHS targets and developing changes within a profitable and efficient working environment.

Provide vision, willingness and drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications Previous NHS healthcare management experience.

Excellent communication and team‑working skills.

Proven senior leadership experience.

High‑level IT literacy and analytical skill.
