Director – Data Centre Strategy & Investment | London, Hybrid Our client is a globally recognised real estate investment and development platform with a growing presence across North America, Europe, and Asia. The company manages a diverse portfolio of commercial, logistics, and digital infrastructure assets—backed by significant capital and a long-term vision for expansion in the data centre sector . S. and Asia-Pacific markets, the firm is now scaling its EMEA data centre investment strategy , and needs an experienced Director / SVP to join its London-based team and spearhead expansion efforts across the EMEA region, with a focus on solutions for hyperscale clients. With deep industry relationships, an agile investment approach, and ambitious growth plans, this is a rare opportunity to shape the next phase of development across Europe. This is a strategic role that will lead data centre investment activities —from greenfield site selection to M&A, acquisition strategy, and development partnerships. You’ll play a key role in identifying and executing high-value opportunities, shaping the company’s data centre footprint in high-demand markets across Europe and the UK. London-based , hybrid working model Permanent Role This role does not provide visa sponsorship, you need to be eligible to work in the UK and travel to the EU, without restrictions. Develop and drive investment strategies in the data centre space across Europe. Originate and evaluate new acquisition, development, and JV opportunities. Lead deal execution end-to-end: financial modelling, underwriting, structuring, negotiation and closing. Deliver business cases and investment proposals to internal committees and senior leadership. 15+ years’ experience in real estate investment with a focus on the UK and/or European markets. ~ A Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline. ~ A strong track record in data centre, infrastructure, or mission-critical property deals. ~ Financial modelling expertise and sharp commercial acumen. ~ You’ll join a well-capitalised platform with global reach , a growing data centre portfolio, and an ambitious roadmap to scale across Europe.
