With deep industry relationships, an agile investment approach, and ambitious growth plans, this is a rare opportunity to shape the next phase of development across Europe. This is a strategic role that will lead data centre investment activities—from greenfield site selection to M&A, acquisition strategy, and development partnerships.

You’ll play a key role in identifying and executing high-value opportunities, shaping the company’s data centre footprint in high-demand markets across Europe and the UK.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship; you need to be eligible to work in the UK and travel to the EU, without restrictions.

  • Develop and drive investment strategies in the data centre space across Europe.
  • Originate and evaluate new acquisition, development, and JV opportunities.
  • Lead deal execution end-to-end: financial modelling, underwriting, structuring, negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver business cases and investment proposals to internal committees and senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years’ experience in real estate investment with a focus on the UK and/or European markets.
  • A Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
  • A strong track record in data centre, infrastructure, or mission-critical property deals.
  • Financial modelling expertise and sharp commercial acumen.
