We are seeking an experienced RAN Deployment Lead to join a major UK telecommunications programme, taking responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of radio network sites within an assigned region. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale network deployment programme, working alongside delivery partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure sites are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination through to operational handover.
  • Manage delivery partners across design, acquisition, build, and site activation activities.
  • Drive programme delivery against agreed milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges and maintain programme momentum.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Monitor delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple suppliers and partners.
  • Provide accurate governance, reporting, forecasting, and progress updates to programme leadership.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering mobile network deployment programmes, ideally within large-scale RAN rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of one or more key deployment disciplines, including site acquisition, design, or construction/build.
  • Experience managing multiple suppliers, contracts, and delivery partners simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use data, reporting, and operational insights to drive delivery decisions.
  • Demonstrable commitment to Health & Safety, quality, and right-first-time delivery.
