As a result of growth in the firm, they are looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team in the United Kingdom. As a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in representing our client on MEP projects, delivering detailed designs, and overseeing the work of junior engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Represent our client on MEP projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
- Complete detailed electrical designs, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Electrical Engineer with a proven track record of success in MEP projects.
- Proven experience working for an Engineering Consultancy Firm on varied Building Services Projects.
- If you have experience in Mission Critical facilities, e.g. Data Centres, that would be great, but not essential.
- CIBSE, IET, or IMechE Engineering Council accredited honours degree or HNC
- Working towards IEng or CEng status.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in digital and parametric design tools.
