We’re supporting a major UK telecoms operator on the search for an experienced E2E Network Solution Architect to lead the design of complex, large-scale network and IT solutions. This is a high-impact role at the heart of network transformation, working across both Network and IT domains to deliver robust, scalable, and future-ready architectures.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end solution architecture across major network programmes
- Shaping solutions from early-stage scoping through to delivery
- Driving technical input into bids, pre-sales, and consultancy engagements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure architecture approvals (e.g. XAB)
- Owning and producing key artefacts such as TRS and HLSDs
- Resolving complex technical challenges across the full delivery lifecycle
- Ensuring solutions are aligned to business strategy, technical standards, and compliance requirements
- Supporting domain architects across Network and IT layers
- Driving continuous improvement in architecture practices and quality
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in E2E solution architecture within telecoms environments
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-domain network solutions
- Deep understanding of network + IT integration (e.g. RAN/Core, BSS/Core)
- Expertise in producing architecture artefacts (TRS, HLSD, etc.)
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance business vs technical needs
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working within governance frameworks and regulated environments
Experience Required
- 8+ years in technical leadership roles across complex telecoms programmes
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end solution design
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
