Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile data centre projects, ensuring technical excellence and financial success.
• Oversee all disciplines under the Lead Consultant role, from concept to completion.
• Act as the key client liaison, strengthening relationships and driving business growth
• Take charge of budget management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure seamless coordination between teams, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Represent the company at industry events, client presentations, and business development meetings.

What you need to Bring to the Role:

✅Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of related experience.

✅At least 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on data center/mission critical projects

✅ A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex, high-value projects.

✅ Professional qualifications (CEng, PE, or equivalent preferred).

✅ Strong financial acumen – experience managing P&L, cost control, and commercial strategy.

✅ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Experience using MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
