Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions, supporting customer engagement from pre-sales through project definition.
  • Provide technical pre-sales expertise, including requirement analysis, solution design, bid/tender support, and customer-facing presentations.
  • Design customer-specific energy storage solutions, translating technical requirements into practical, commercial-ready proposals.
  • Act as a key technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
  • Develop high-quality pre-sales materials and proposals while building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in energy storage, power systems, or related industries, with a solid AC-side technical background (e.g. system integration, PCS, electrical/system design, cabling, EMS).
  • Hands-on experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting, ideally within energy storage or power conversion projects.
  • Strong ability to review and interpret technical documentation in English, with confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills, able to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
