We’re supporting a major UK telecoms company in the search for an experienced E2E Mobile Network Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of complex, large-scale mobile network solutions. This role is suited to a hands-on architect with deep telecoms domain expertise and proven experience designing solutions across multiple mobile network domains. We are specifically looking for strong technical architects rather than programme or project management profiles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end solution architecture across major mobile network transformation programmes
- Designing scalable, future-ready network solutions across multiple technology domains
- Owning solution design from initial scoping through to delivery and governance approval
- Producing and reviewing key architecture artefacts including TRS, HLDs and HLSDs
- Working closely with engineering, delivery and domain architecture teams
- Resolving complex cross-domain technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring solutions align with business objectives, architecture standards and operational requirements
- Supporting technical governance and architecture review processes (e.g. XAB)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as an E2E Network Solution Architect within mobile telecoms environments
- Proven experience across at least two mobile network domains, for example: Packet Core + OSS, Voice Core + RAN, Devices + Core Networks, RAN + Transport/Core Solutions
- Demonstrated ability to design and integrate complex multi-domain mobile network solutions
- Strong understanding of mobile network architecture and network-to-IT integration
- Experience producing high-quality architecture documentation and technical design artefacts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business audiences
- Backgrounds such as Core Network Architecture, RAN Solution Design, OSS Architecture, Technical Design Authority (TDA) or multi-domain Mobile Network Solution Design
Experience Required
- 8+ years operating in senior technical architecture or solution design roles within telecoms
- Proven ownership of end-to-end mobile network solution design and delivery
- Strong technical problem-solving skills within large-scale, fast-paced environments
