Working Arrangement: This position requires full-time onsite presence during the initial deployment and implementation phase (duration to be confirmed). Following deployment, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 2–3 days per week onsite in London.
Overview: We are looking for an experienced IP Network Engineer to support network deployment activities within a customer-facing enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, and network infrastructure implementation, along with exposure to VMware NSX security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
- Perform implementation and migration activities across routing and switching environments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver network deployment projects within agreed timelines.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and deployment records.
- Operate independently within customer environments while ensuring high-quality delivery standards.
Required Technical Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network deployment and implementation roles.
- Strong expertise in enterprise routing and switching technologies.
- Proven experience with Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus platforms.
- Practical implementation experience with VMware NSX and Distributed Firewall solutions (approximately 1–2 years).
- Good understanding of DNS and SD-WAN concepts.

- Background focused primarily on network deployment and implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously within onsite customer environments.
