Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute detailed test plans for IMS network elements and software releases.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for network issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems.
- Document test results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
