HR & Admin Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Coordinator to support our growing UK operations.

This role will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, UK HR compliance, office administration, and recruitment coordination.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, business-driven environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership and helping the business achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for UK employees, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Support HR administration for global EOR employees and coordinate with external providers when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment requirements and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide HR support to the local team.
  • Recruitment & Workforce Support
  • Support recruitment and staffing needs
  • Source and coordinate temporary Sales Assistants, Porters, and event staff through platforms such as Indeed and other recruitment channels.
  • Manage candidate communication, screening, onboarding documentation, and workforce databases.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool to support future business expansion.
  • Office & Business Operations Support
  • Manage daily office administration and local operational matters in the UK.
  • Support HR-related processes and business initiatives to ensure smooth execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand workforce needs and deliver practical HR solutions.

Must-have

  • 2+ years of HR, HR operations, or HR administration experience in the UK.
  • Good understanding of UK employment practices and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience with recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams
