They\’re now looking for an experienced Data Centre Consultant – Design and Construction (Engineering) to join their London-based team. They are looking for a strong a built environment professional with deep expertise in data centre design, construction, and project delivery. This is a strategic advisory role that blends engineering knowledge with client-side influence, leveraging your hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical/building services engineering, construction delivery, and/or data centre development strategy. What You’ll Do: Act as a technical advisor to global clients across design, buildability, and delivery for major data centre projects. Deliver feasibility studies, technical due diligence , procurement input, and commissioning oversight. Guide clients through design reviews, MEP systems optimisation, and infrastructure risk assessments. Develop concise, high-impact deliverables: technical reports, strategy memos, and client briefs. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and end users across the project lifecycle.
