First Point Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading telecoms company for an immediate start in the next 2-4 weeks.
This is UK remote with no preference on location or office attendance

You will work closely with key project support functions, including but not limited
- to: Logistics - Ensuring the timely requisition of third-party hardware for shipment to the site or holding warehou
- se. Finance/Project Support - Managing Work in Progress (WIP), finances, and delive
- ry. Third-Party Management - Coordinating with third parties involved in build dependencies such as Transmission, REC, and site acce ss.
Key Responsibilit - ies: Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Customer Project Manager to ensure all site builds are correctly instruc
- ted. PO Management: Ensure all Customer and ASP POs are in place before commencing site w
- ork.
- Site
Planning: Conduct initial site gating meetings with ASPs, reviewing site-level drawings to confirm that the planned build is both achievable and safe according to customer health and safety polic
- ies.
- Health & Safety
Management: Oversee health and safety throughout site planning and execution, including the review of site drawings, Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans (CPHSP), Construction Phase Plans (CPP), Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs), and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with the Health and Safety team as nee
- ded. WIP Management: Provide accurate forecasting, process hardware in a timely manner, and manage any necessary returns to logist
- ics. Execution Support: Work with the On The Day (OTD) team to resolve any in-phase issues, such as site access, transmission, or logistics probl
- ems.
- Quality
Assurance: Ensure that sites are completed Right First Time (RFT), managing any quality issues with the support of relevant teams to ensure timely cash collection for the company and A
- SPs.
- Data
Management: Maintain accountability for project data, ensuring all site milestones, statuses, and supporting documentation are updated at least weekly for accurate reporting to internal and external stakehold
- ers. Reporting: Provide regular project updates to the Customer Project Manager and other stakeholders as requi red.
Qualifications and Experi - ence: Extensive knowledge of site-based delivery, including Rigging, Installation, and Commissioning (I&C) of radio prod
- ucts. Proficiency in quality auditing and defect identifica
- tion. Strong understanding of Construction Design and Management (CDM 2015) regulat
- ions. Extensive experience working with ASPs/SWCs and direct customer interac tion.
