First Point Group is recruiting for a Salesforce Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analyst roles. The successful candidate must be Salesforce Associate / Administrator Certified at a minimum and ideally have worked with some of the following Salesforce products - Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, REST API etc.
You will have a proven business analysis capability across system-led projects, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Our client is an international telecoms company and technology-driven organisation. Predominantly remote working, this is a rolling inside IR35 contract and fantastic opportunity for someone that is immediately available and looking to get back into work as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE – sponsorship cannot be provided. Candidates must live in the UK with valid rights to work.
Role Overview
The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering business analysis activities across a defined sub-set of projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce-based solutions. The role ensures that business needs are thoroughly investigated, requirements are clearly defined and documented, and stakeholders are effectively engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Working as part of the systems development team, the Business Analyst will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Salesforce Administrators, and Developers, while engaging with both internal departments and external customers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business situation analysis to understand current and future state requirements
- Perform feasibility assessments to evaluate solution options and impacts
- Lead requirements definition and management, ensuring clear, complete, and traceable documentation
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to gather and validate requirements
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Ensure solutions align with organisational standards, security, privacy, and ethical requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Associate and/or Salesforce Administrator certification
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification and/or Business Analysis qualification (BCS – British Computer Society / IIBA – International Institute of Business Analysis / similar)
