Are you a Senior Business Development Manager with current / recent experience of selling SaaS solutions to UK telecom operators such as VMO2 / Virgin Media / BT / EE etc? First Point Group is recruiting on behalf of an international software company that provides Professional Services and SaaS solutions to Tier-1 telecom operators across the world. This opportunity is 100% Hunting as an Individual Contributor (without sales leadership / management remit) and requires current / existing contacts with Tier-1 UK telecom operators.

If you have current / existing contacts with Tier-1 UK telecom operators and experience with the following products – Generative AI, AI Agents, AI Bots, AI Voice and/or sold FinTech to UK Telecom Operators, we would especially love to hear from you.

Please ignore the London location – 100% remote in UK will be considered.

The Opportunity:

You will join an expanding business that is going from strength-to-strength and expand market share across the AI, FinTech and Telecommunications verticals, with a focus on UK telecom operators. You will be responsible for driving high‑value enterprise deals, building relationships with senior decision makers, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Job Description:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with UK telecom operators.
  • Build and execute a robust sales strategy and pipeline to exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish and nurture C‑level relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate high‑value contracts and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience within sales / new business development (ideally hunting).
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to Tier-1 UK telecom operators such as BT Group, VMO2, EE etc.
  • Experience of selling AI Solutions and/or FinTech – BONUS
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to close complex enterprise deals.
  • Self‑starter, motivated by targets and success in competitive markets.
