Site Agent – Power Sector 📍 Glasgow | Edinburgh | Ayrshire 📅 Permanent & Contract 💷 £50,000 – £61,000 (DOE) First People Solutions are recruiting for a Site Agent on behalf of a confidential Tier 1 contractor delivering a portfolio of critical power and substation projects across Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent or Site Manager looking to join a well-structured business with a strong pipeline of secured work in the energy and infrastructure sector. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site operations for substation or HV-related civil projects Manage teams of engineers, subcontractors, and operatives Ensure health & safety standards and site compliance are maintained Report progress, site costs, and risk to the Project Manager Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and delivery targets ✅ What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager within civil engineering or power infrastructure Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills Background in substation or high-voltage (HV) projects highly desirable SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS required Full UK driving licence Join a business that values operational excellence, safety, and career development – with projects that truly matter in powering the UK\’s future.
