Senior QS/ Commercial Manager

We\’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our groundworks and civils projects. You\’ll lead a small commercial team, manage project costs, and support profitable delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial performance across multiple sites
• Oversee valuations, cost tracking, and final accounts
• Handle subcontractor procurement and payments
• Work with contracts (mainly NEC & JCT)
• Support tendering and pre-construction input
• Report on budgets, risks, and forecasts

What We\’re Looking For

• Strong background in groundworks/civils
• Able to lead a team and work hands-on
• Excellent commercial awareness and communication
• Relevant qualification (e.g. Quantity Surveying)
