Responsibilities
- Lead small to medium projects, including design calculations for roads and drainage, surveys, technical reports, and compliance checks.
- Management and mentor graduate engineers and technicians; providing coaching and professional development support.
- Communicate directly with clients, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams; manage approvals, attend project meetings, and coordinate integrated designs.
