We are looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to take a central role in delivering high-quality developments spanning residential, education, commercial, and regeneration sectors.
The Role
- As a Principal Engineer, you will bring technical expertise, leadership, and strategic insight to a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring excellence at every stage.
- Lead and oversee structural engineering design and analysis.
- Take full ownership of project delivery: deadlines, outputs, coordination, and client communication.
- Manage and mentor staff and wider team members, supporting their technical and professional development.
