Scaffolder Required
Location: Grangemouth
Duration: Approx. 4 weeks initially, with the potential to extend
Standard Week: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 17:15
Outage Period: Monday - Saturday 07:00 - 17:00 / 17:15
Pay Rates:
- Basic: £15.83/hr
- OT1: £23.75/hr
- OT2: £31.66/hr
- Hourly Bonus: £2.45/hr
- Proficiency Bonus: £4.44/hr
Expected Earnings:
- Standard Week (Mon-Thu): Approx. £860-£900 gross
- Outage Week (Mon-Sat): Approx. £1,450 gross
*Bonus payments are linked to attendance and timekeeping.
In Simple Terms:
- £22.72/hr - First 39 hours worked Monday to Thursday
- £30.64/hr - Any hours worked after 39 hours Monday to Friday, plus the first 4 hours on Saturday
- £38.55/hr - Any Saturday hours after the first 4 hours, plus all Sunday hours
Standard week - 39 hours
Outage Week - 61 Hours
