Tractor Driver Required - Dunbar. First People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Tractor Driver for a major long-term project in Dunbar. This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable work on a busy site with a project duration of up to 5 years.

Location: Dunbar

Rate: £24-£26 per hour

Duration: Up to 5 Years Work

The Role: You will be responsible for operating a tractor to support site-wide dust suppression activities, including towing and operating a water bowser across the project. The role is key to maintaining site environmental standards, ensuring haul roads and working areas remain dust-free and safe for site operatives and the surrounding area.

Requirements:

  • Valid Tractor Certificate / Competency Card
  • Experience towing and operating a water bowser
  • Previous experience on construction, quarry, or large infrastructure projects
  • Strong awareness of site health & safety procedures
  • Reliable and able to work independently
