The ideal candidate will have previous site supervisory experience and be confident overseeing daily operations, managing teams on site, and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Ganger/Supervisor
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a busy construction environment
