Job Title:Product & Inventory Specialist

Your New Salary:£40-50k + performance bonus, company pension, employee discount

Location:Kidderminster area, fully office based

Status:Permanent

Start:ASAP

Working hours: 9-5.30pm Monday – Friday, some late hours and weekend working if required

Who You\’ll be Working For:

A market leading and growing sports memorabilia business.

What You\’ll be Doing:

  • Receive, inspect & accurately log all incoming stock, raising issues with suppliers where needed
  • Create product titles, SKUs, take photos & place items in correct warehouse locations
  • Maintain a clean, organised warehouse & ensure all goods are properly labelled & stored
  • Push beyond regular hours when needed to maximise sales by putting more stock online for sale
  • Monitor stock levels, carry out regular stock checks & resolve any stock system discrepancies or issues
  • Own stock management
  • Analyse stock data
  • Manage E-commerce listings
  • You will initially own the entire process yourself & as the business grows, this position will evolve into a team to which you\’d be expected to lead.
  • This hands-on role requires flexibility — including evenings and weekends when stock needs processing.
