Who You'll be Working For: A market leading and growing sports memorabilia business.
What You'll be Doing:
- Prepare, process & dispatch all customer orders accurately & on time to meet delivery deadlines.
- Uphold quality standards, focusing on security, presentation & the condition of every item dispatched.
- Liaise with customer service, framing & sales team to quickly resolve any order delivery issues.
- Push beyond regular hours when needed to ensure urgent orders & high volumes are handled without delays.
- Support other departments such as framing, goods-in as needed depending on business demands.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- This is a hands-on role for someone who holds themselves to the highest standards and doesn’t clock out until the job is done.
- You will initially own the entire logistics and fulfilment operation yourself & as the business grows, this position will evolve into a team which you’d be expected to lead.
- Experience with pick and pack operations – fast, accurately, and on time.
- Organised, driven, and ready to lead from the front.
- Willing to go the extra mile.
- This role can require evening and weekend work.
- Comfortable stepping up when the job demands it.
