ReportingtotheLogisticsManagerinSweden,thisroleactsastheUKlogisticsleadandisresponsibleforsupportingstockavailability,deliveryperformance,logisticsefficiencyandcustomerserviceacrosstheUKmarket.Youwillleadday-to-dayUKlogisticsactivity,workingcloselywithSales,KeyAccounts,theUKOrderDesk,customersupplychains,3PLpartnersandHeadOfficeteams.TherolealsoownstheUKdemandforecast,workingwithUKcommercialteamstoensureforecastaccuracysupportsstockplanningandcustomerrequirements.
LogisticsOperations
- CoordinateinboundrequirementsandoutboundshipmentstoUKcustomers.
- OverseetheflowofgoodsfromSwedenandLatviathroughwarehousingandtransportationtocustomers.
- Workwith3PLpartnerstoensuredeliveriesareefficient,cost-effectiveandalignedwithcustomerrequirements.
- Trackshipmentsandproactivelyresolvedeliveryissuesinlinewithcompanyprocesses.
- Liaisewithcustomersupplychainteamstosupportsmoothorderflowandhighservicelevels.
- WorkcloselywiththeUKOrderDesktoensureaseamlesscustomerexperiencefromorderplacementthroughtodelivery.
- Supportcompliancewithcustoms,transport,safetyandqualityrequirements.
UKForecasting&StockPlanning
- OwntheUKdemandforecast,workingcloselywithSalesandKeyAccountteams.
- ShareUKforecastrequirementswithHeadOfficeplanningandwarehouseteamstosupportstockavailability.
- MonitorUKstocklevels,identifyingriskstoavailabilityorexcessinventory.
- Supportstockmanagementandinventoryaccuracyprocesses.
- ProvideforecastandstockupdatestorelevantUKandHeadOfficestakeholders.
3PL&SupplierCoordination
- Manageday-to-daycommunicationwithUK3PLpartners.
- Monitor3PLperformanceagainstagreedservicelevelsandKPIs.
- Identifyandsupportcontinuousimprovementopportunitieswithlogisticspartners.
- Supportrouteoptimisationandtransportcostefficiencywhilemaintainingservicelevels.
Reporting&ContinuousImprovement
- Produceregularreportingonlogisticsperformance,stockavailability,servicelevelsandforecastaccuracy.
- TrackkeylogisticsKPIsincludingOn-TimeDelivery,OTIF,inventoryaccuracyandserviceperformance.
- Supportlogisticsbudgettrackingbymonitoringcostsandhighlightingvariances.
- Identifyopportunitiestoimproveforecasting,stockflow,deliveryperformanceandcustomerservice.
- Supportaudits,reportingactivities,optimisationprojectsandtraceabilityorrecallexercises.
