ReportingtotheLogisticsManagerinSweden,thisroleactsastheUKlogisticsleadandisresponsibleforsupportingstockavailability,deliveryperformance,logisticsefficiencyandcustomerserviceacrosstheUKmarket.Youwillleadday-to-dayUKlogisticsactivity,workingcloselywithSales,KeyAccounts,theUKOrderDesk,customersupplychains,3PLpartnersandHeadOfficeteams.TherolealsoownstheUKdemandforecast,workingwithUKcommercialteamstoensureforecastaccuracysupportsstockplanningandcustomerrequirements.

LogisticsOperations

  • CoordinateinboundrequirementsandoutboundshipmentstoUKcustomers.
  • OverseetheflowofgoodsfromSwedenandLatviathroughwarehousingandtransportationtocustomers.
  • Workwith3PLpartnerstoensuredeliveriesareefficient,cost-effectiveandalignedwithcustomerrequirements.
  • Trackshipmentsandproactivelyresolvedeliveryissuesinlinewithcompanyprocesses.
  • Liaisewithcustomersupplychainteamstosupportsmoothorderflowandhighservicelevels.
  • WorkcloselywiththeUKOrderDesktoensureaseamlesscustomerexperiencefromorderplacementthroughtodelivery.
  • Supportcompliancewithcustoms,transport,safetyandqualityrequirements.

UKForecasting&StockPlanning

  • OwntheUKdemandforecast,workingcloselywithSalesandKeyAccountteams.
  • ShareUKforecastrequirementswithHeadOfficeplanningandwarehouseteamstosupportstockavailability.
  • MonitorUKstocklevels,identifyingriskstoavailabilityorexcessinventory.
  • Supportstockmanagementandinventoryaccuracyprocesses.
  • ProvideforecastandstockupdatestorelevantUKandHeadOfficestakeholders.

3PL&SupplierCoordination

  • Manageday-to-daycommunicationwithUK3PLpartners.
  • Monitor3PLperformanceagainstagreedservicelevelsandKPIs.
  • Identifyandsupportcontinuousimprovementopportunitieswithlogisticspartners.
  • Supportrouteoptimisationandtransportcostefficiencywhilemaintainingservicelevels.

Reporting&ContinuousImprovement

  • Produceregularreportingonlogisticsperformance,stockavailability,servicelevelsandforecastaccuracy.
  • TrackkeylogisticsKPIsincludingOn-TimeDelivery,OTIF,inventoryaccuracyandserviceperformance.
  • Supportlogisticsbudgettrackingbymonitoringcostsandhighlightingvariances.
  • Identifyopportunitiestoimproveforecasting,stockflow,deliveryperformanceandcustomerservice.
  • Supportaudits,reportingactivities,optimisationprojectsandtraceabilityorrecallexercises.

  • Experienceinlogistics,supplychain,customeroperationsordemandplanningideallywithinFMCG,retail,wholesaleorfoodsupplychains.
  • Youwillbecomfortableworkinginaninternationalsupplychainenvironment,balancingUKcustomerneedswithHeadOfficeplanningandwarehouseoperations.
  • StrongunderstandingofUKcustomersupplychainsandexperiencewithbookingintoretailportals.
  • Experienceworkingwith3PLproviders.
  • Confidentmanagingshipmentcoordinationanddeliveryperformance.
  • Abletoproduceaccurateforecastsandreporting.
  • Stronganalyticalandorganisationalskills.
