To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:

What You'll be Doing:
- Respond to incoming inquiries via various channels (phone, email, live chat) from Malay-speaking clients promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about forex trading platforms, products, services, and account-related queries.
- Assist clients with onboarding, including account registration, verification, and documentation requirements.
- Guide clients in navigating trading platforms, explaining basic trading concepts, and providing technical support as needed.
- Resolve client issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and sales, to ensure seamless client experiences and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge of forex trading, customer service skills, and company offerings.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Fluency in Malay is essential. Proficiency in English is also required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Proven experience and knowledge of forex trading concepts are a plus.
