Temporary Executive Assistant
Status: 3 month temporary agency worker (PAYE, agency worker) with possibility of extension
Hourly rate: £18.73 per hour = £36,537.50 per annum
Hours / Week: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
An international entertainment company is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex international calendar, travel, expenses and executive administration.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, briefing materials and presentations, and track actions to completion.
- Support the delivery of ESG, CSR, sustainability and compliance initiatives through effective planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate governance meetings, leadership forums and cross‑functional working groups.
- Provide administrative support for the Vice President’s responsibilities as host lead for the London office, including team events, visitors and local engagement activities.
- Build strong working relationships across Legal, Public Policy, Compliance, Sustainability and other business functions, acting as a key coordination point.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and continually identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience supporting a senior executive in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams skills.
- Experience coordinating international projects or executive events.
