Responsibilities- Provide 1st line operational support for SAP or ERP systems
- Handle first-level user inquiries (incidents, errors, and how-to questions)
- Perform initial issue triage, log analysis, and escalate to internal or external teams as needed
- Communicate with users in both Japanese and English as part of bilingual support
- Create and maintain documentation related to system operations and maintenance
- Collaborate with partner companies and vendors when required
- Experience in operating and maintaining SAP (any module) or ERP systems
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
