Doing

  • Collaboratewiththe HRManager, HRBP’s, EMEAHRManagersand Legaltoreview, refine, andsupportthesuccessfuldeliveryofglobalchangemanagementinitiatives
  • Leadandsupportcomplexchangemanagementandorganisationaltransformationinitiativesacrossmultiplejurisdictions.
  • Partnerwith HR, Legal, Employee Relations, andglobalstakeholderstoensurecompliance, policyalignment, andsuccessfulpeopleinitiatives.
  • Manageanddeliverregionalandglobal HRprojectsinahighlymatrixedinternationalenvironment.
  • Provideguidanceonemployeerelationsmatters, escalatingcomplexcaseswhereappropriate.
  • Supportperformancemanagementprocesses, includingcalibrationactivities, reporting, insights, andstakeholderguidance.
  • Assistwithtalentmapping, successionplanning, leadershipdevelopment, andworkforceplanninginitiatives.
  • Partnerwith Total Rewardsteamsoncompensationbenchmarking, jobarchitecture, andinternalmobilityactivities.
  • Ensuredataintegritywithin HRsystems, including Workday, andleveragedatainsightstodrivecontinuousimprovement.
  • Promotebestpractice, standardisation, andoperationalexcellenceacross HRprocesses.
  • Buildeffectiverelationshipswithstakeholdersacross EMEA, the US, andglobalteams, supportingongoingcentralisationandglobalisationinitiatives.
