- Collaboratewiththe HRManager, HRBP’s, EMEAHRManagersand Legaltoreview, refine, andsupportthesuccessfuldeliveryofglobalchangemanagementinitiatives
- Leadandsupportcomplexchangemanagementandorganisationaltransformationinitiativesacrossmultiplejurisdictions.
- Partnerwith HR, Legal, Employee Relations, andglobalstakeholderstoensurecompliance, policyalignment, andsuccessfulpeopleinitiatives.
- Manageanddeliverregionalandglobal HRprojectsinahighlymatrixedinternationalenvironment.
- Provideguidanceonemployeerelationsmatters, escalatingcomplexcaseswhereappropriate.
- Supportperformancemanagementprocesses, includingcalibrationactivities, reporting, insights, andstakeholderguidance.
- Assistwithtalentmapping, successionplanning, leadershipdevelopment, andworkforceplanninginitiatives.
- Partnerwith Total Rewardsteamsoncompensationbenchmarking, jobarchitecture, andinternalmobilityactivities.
