We are looking for a Banking Operations Assistant to provide administrative support across banking and credit-related activities. The role will involve supporting client enquiries, KYC processes, credit documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks for the front office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks relating to client enquiries and quotations for interest rates on loans, deposits and savings accounts.
- Support a range of administrative activities related to the credit business, including KYC processes and reviewing credit application documents.
- Provide administrative and personal assistant support to members of the front office team.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including processing expenses related to business travel and client entertainment.
- Provide other administrative support as required to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Requirements
- Japanese to mother tongue standard and English business level.
- Previous experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.
- Experience in credit-related administration, including credit rating or credit status monitoring, is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access is preferred.
- Good communication in Japanese and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the assignment.
