Due to high demand, we are recruiting dedicated and experienced Learning Disabilities Support Workers to assist vulnerable adults with varying degrees of learning disabilities. These roles are available across multiple locations, including Hayling Island , Portsmouth , Fareham , Gosport , Havant , Petersfield , Southampton , Basingstoke, Guilford and Woking Key Responsibilities: Provide support to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Assist in managing challenging behaviours and promoting positive outcomes. Work in various settings, including residential homes, day services, and supported living environments. Engage with individuals using a consistent, patient, and empathetic approach, maintaining safe boundaries.
