Who You'll Be Working for: An international supplier of engineering components
Responsibilities:
- Develop the new business and maintain the current accounts
- Achieve sales target and monitoring sales activities (Budget control)
- Supervise and authorise work done by the sales and marketing staff
- Administration processes (i.e. quote, order receipt, order placement, export documents, etc)
- Project management including customer/supplier supports product specification
- Business trips to suppliers/customers and defence shows
- Coordinate with the managing director and other directors including the subsidiary in Japan and overseas region
Requirements:
- Japanese mother tongue level
- Fluent (business level) English ability in writing and speaking
- Work experience at a Japanese trading house (preferable)
- Work experience with management role
- Engineering background (preferable)
- Driving licence holder
- Responsible character
- Excellent communication skill
