Job Title : Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator – What You’ll be Doing:
Contract Execution:
- Ensure Sales Contracts and Purchase Contracts are signed and exchanged between supplier and customer.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of goods from the supplier to the customer in line with terms and conditions of the contract as well as in line with Incoterms.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all metal stock products using Excel.
- Check stock levels and usage amounts regularly, issue consignment report monthly.
Finance Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders using SAP systems.
- Record all money received and paid, and submit Payment Requests to the Accounting Dept.
Sales Administrator – The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese.
- Experience in sales administration in international import and export business.
- Knowledge of SAP or any other accounting software.
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
