Global IT company is looking for a Japanese-speaking Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator.

Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator – Responsibilities

  • Work on-site at customer premises, as a secondee, as an integral part of their team.
  • Support leading project managers in projects by supporting at various stages, including planning, implementation, operations, and user support.
  • Evaluate projects, conduct risk assessments, propose improvements.
  • Contribute to the expansion of current business stonewareas.
  • Establish good relationships with colleagues, vendors and customers.
  • Work independently, multitask, and lead Enterprise Solutions projects and opportunities.
  • Deal with customer requests, understand their expectations and solve them.
  • Attend customer meetings for project or maintenance contract work.
  • Maintain relevant customer maintenance documentation internally.
  • Visit customer premises with 3rd party vendors as and when required for project or maintenance contract work.

Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator – Requirements

  • Japanese mother tongue standard
  • Knowledge in solution business with a wider range of ICT technology especially in ICT infrastructure and ICT security.
  • Strong time management, multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Flexible approach, able to work outside of normal working hours when requested. Reliable timekeeping and attendance.
