Global IT company is looking for a Japanese-speaking Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator.
Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator – Responsibilities
- Work on-site at customer premises, as a secondee, as an integral part of their team.
- Support leading project managers in projects by supporting at various stages, including planning, implementation, operations, and user support.
- Evaluate projects, conduct risk assessments, propose improvements.
- Contribute to the expansion of current business stonewareas.
- Establish good relationships with colleagues, vendors and customers.
- Work independently, multitask, and lead Enterprise Solutions projects and opportunities.
- Deal with customer requests, understand their expectations and solve them.
- Attend customer meetings for project or maintenance contract work.
- Maintain relevant customer maintenance documentation internally.
- Visit customer premises with 3rd party vendors as and when required for project or maintenance contract work.
Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator – Requirements
- Japanese mother tongue standard
- Knowledge in solution business with a wider range of ICT technology especially in ICT infrastructure and ICT security.
- Strong time management, multitasking and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach, able to work outside of normal working hours when requested. Reliable timekeeping and attendance.
