Japanese Speaking Network Engineer – Responsibilities:

  • This position emphasizes not only technical skills but also customer focus, communication ability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Design, build, and implement enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/Wireless, etc.)
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of existing networks
  • Configure and install devices such as L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Participate in technical meetings, define requirements, and prepare proposals with clients and business partners

Skills Needed to Succeed as a Japanese Speaking Network Engineer:

  • Native-level Japanese language skills
  • Hands-on experience with major network devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba
  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP) – Preferred
  • Knowledge or experience with Windows Server or virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) – Preferred
  • Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with clients and understanding their needs
