- Manage project progress and scheduling between Japan and UK teams
- Act as a liaison between clients and engineers
- Participate in meetings in both Japanese and English, and create meeting minutes
- Support requirement definition and documentation
- Provide first-level response to technical issues or inquiries
- Assist with clear communication and reporting between teams

- Hands-on experience as a network engineer
- Business-level fluency in Japanese and English
