What You'll be Doing:

  • Manage funding for projects, including arranging monthly funding for each project.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing payments, prepare cashbooks, manage invoices, and set up transactions via online banking.
  • Process expense reimbursements.
  • Consolidate monthly employee reimbursements and office-related expenses.
  • Post journal entries.
  • Assist with audit processes by coordinating with external audit firms and the Tokyo Head Office.

Skills Needed to Succeed:

  • Background in accounting/finance (such as cash management, closing procedures, and expense reimbursements).
  • Attention to detail, as the work requires high accuracy.
  • Proficient English communication skills, as interaction with local staff is required.
