What You'll be Doing:
- Manage funding for projects, including arranging monthly funding for each project.
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments, prepare cashbooks, manage invoices, and set up transactions via online banking.
- Process expense reimbursements.
- Consolidate monthly employee reimbursements and office-related expenses.
- Post journal entries.
- Assist with audit processes by coordinating with external audit firms and the Tokyo Head Office.
Skills Needed to Succeed:
- Background in accounting/finance (such as cash management, closing procedures, and expense reimbursements).
- Attention to detail, as the work requires high accuracy.
- Proficient English communication skills, as interaction with local staff is required.
