IT PMO / Business Analyst – Banking Transformation Projects
Salary: £50,000-60,000

Responsibilities
- Deliver PMO, Business Analyst, Product Management services
- Lead IT BPR initiatives across lending, capital markets, transaction banking, trade finance, settlement, core banking
- Build trusted client relationships and identify value‑creation opportunities
- Collaborate with partner teams to ensure high‑quality execution
- Operate autonomously with proactive communication
Qualifications
- Previous consulting or project delivery experience
- Knowledge, insight, and hands‑on experience in corporate banking or capital markets projects
- Experience in IT or operational transformation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, other tools
- Awareness of cloud, AI, and cybersecurity trends
- End‑to‑end project lifecycle experience
- Requirements definition, UAT planning, stakeholder engagement
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO)
