Summary
Responsible for the integrated management of financial, administrative, and human resources basics in the London office, ensuring the smooth operation of various tasks and providing strong support and guarantee for the company’s daily operations.
Financial Management (Major responsibilities)
- Assist in handling daily financial matters in the London office to ensure smooth financial processes;
- Assist in completing tax reporting, audits, and other external financial-related matters;
- Monitor daily financial processes, propose optimization suggestions, and improve financial work efficiency.
Administrative Management (Minor involvement)
- Coordinate administrative matters such as office space rental, renovation and maintenance, and equipment procurement in the London office;
- Be responsible for the procurement, distribution, and inventory management of office supplies to ensure employees’ daily office needs;
- Arrange meetings, receive visitors, and maintain the company’s image;
- Assist in handling employee travel, visa, and other related matters.
Human Resources Management (Minor involvement)
- Assist in completing employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures, maintaining employee records;
- Assist in developing and implementing employee welfare policies to enhance employee satisfaction;
- Regularly organize employee training and team-building activities to promote team cohesion.
The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proficient in using both Mandarin and English;
- Qualified Accountant;
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in finance or related fields preferred;
- UK experience in in-house accounting.
