This Manufacturing Engineer position is working for an electronics manufacturer in Andover. The role offers working hours of Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, and early Friday finish of 3:30pm. The role is paying up to £45,000 depending on experience.

In this Manufacturing Engineer role, you will support engineering projects by collecting and analysing data for project evaluations, while collaborating with other engineers to improve processes, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality output. You will be responsible for validating and verifying manufacturing processes through the use of Standard Operating Procedures and continuous monitoring to maintain compliance. Additionally, you will assist in the introduction of new products and processes by working on the design of jigs, assembly instructions, and fixture designs. Providing technical support to production teams, you will help resolve issues and optimise processes for greater efficiency. You will also assist in customer and quality support, ensuring compliance with requirements and investigating any quality concerns that arise.

You will need:

  • Ideally 2+ years in a similar Manufacturing Engineer position
  • Ideally experience within manufacturing or production environments
  • A degree in a relevant field would be desirable
  • Great communication and organisation
  • To be willing to commute to and from Andover
