Are you an experienced Service and Maintenance Engineer with at least two years of hands-on experience working with automated gates, barriers and access control systems? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that specialises in the installation, servicing and maintenance of security entry systems across Sussex, Surrey and Kent.

In this role, you will be responsible for fault diagnosis, repairs, routine servicing and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. You will be part of a skilled team of three maintenance engineers, occasionally working alongside the installation team.

The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, hardworking, and reliable, with the ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Offering a competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per year DOE, this full-time, permanent role comes with excellent benefits, including a company vehicle for travel to client sites (all within an hour of Crawley) and regular opportunities for career progression.

Standard working hours are 7am to 4pm or 5pm, depending on workload, with weekend overtime available at 1.5x the standard rate. Candidates should have experience with automation brands such as BFT, CAME, FAAC and similar systems. While welding experience and DHF or Gate Safe qualifications would be beneficial, they are not essential.
