At First People Housing CIC, we support men who have experienced homelessness, substance misuse and involvement with the criminal justice system to rebuild stability, confidence and independence. We’re looking for a compassionate, resilient and practical Support & Development Worker to provide one-to-one support to people working towards lasting change.
You’ll work alongside clients to:

We’re particularly interested in hearing from people with experience of homelessness, substance misuse, offending behaviour, housing or related support services. Relevant lived experience is also warmly welcomed. You’ll need empathy, integrity, resilience and a calm head — because meaningful support isn’t about rescuing people or telling them what to do. It’s about working alongside someone while they build the life they want.
