First Option Healthcare are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our Talent pool, who have experience in working with complex and challenging behaviour children, adult and older adult with mild, moderate and severe learning disability Package Description First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home.You’ll deliver personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence. We are looking for an Adult Support Worker who share our values and want to be part of our growing community complex care team, provide support within family homes, avoid hospital admissions, and ensure the best quality of care is provided. This package is to look after a 59year old male, who has a brain injury based in Suffolk (IP28) Shift Type: 24hrs shifts (working days, sleeping nights) Shift Time: 08:00 – 23:00 (sleeping nights 23:00 – 08:00) Shifts Available – Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday Benefits: Book your shifts in advance up to 6 weeks ahead Guaranteed and set shifts each week Weekly Pay & Competitive rates – earn between £15 – £17p/hour (PAYE Only) Free CPD accredited training to help your career Referral Bonus Scheme – Earn up to £250 per candidate referral 24/7 Out of Hours on hand support, with Clinical Leads and Care Managers Accrued paid holiday Monthly supervisions to ensure we\’re supporting you fully throughout Requirements & Skills: You will need to have a minimum of 1 years experience working with adults who’ve had a brain injury to be considered for this role Patience, eagerness to learn & a positive attitude at all times A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work Full UK driving licence (mandatory), a good driver and confident to drive to various places including new places. *Motability insures the vehicle so their requirements need to be met regarding points / previous accidents* Sufficient aptitude to take on the information and training from the therapists Wheelchair experience (patient has a powered Trekinetic and manual chair with power pack) Attend in house bespoke training At First Option Healthcare we provide clinically led support to adults and children service users across England based around our values; Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Collaboration and Ownership.
