Here at FOH we have got a great opportunity to work one on one with patients in regulated and unregulated environments. We are looking for Support Workers with a minimum of 6 months experience working with adults or adolescents with the following:
- Eating Disorders
- Learning Disabilities
- Mental Health
- CSE
- Drug and Alcohol Abuse
Benefits:

- Up to 3 months rolling rota
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responding to psychological or emotional crisis in adults and adolescents, utilising de-escalation techniques and intervention strategies.
- Providing in-person crisis support in various settings, including homes, schools, hospitals, or community centres, fostering placements and unregulated settings.
- Establishing rapport and trust with clients and their families to assess risk, stabilise crisis situations, and ensure immediate safety and emotional support.
- Collaborating with clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to ensure intervention plans are appropriate, with timely documentation and escalation of any changes in client condition or behaviour.
- Working with professionals such as schools, young offending and psychotherapy.
