We are recruiting for a Paediatric Nurse (RCN)to become aClinicalLeadto manage and develop Paediatric Care Packages in the South Central area. To be considered for a Paediatric Clinical Lead position you must be a Registered Paediatric Nurse. Benefits: Ongoing Career development £47000 to £50000 + £3,000 car allowance plus Travel 33 days holiday plus an additional day for your birthday Competitive pension scheme Excellent supporting network. Employee assistance program Management training programSkills required for this role: Excellent communication skills HDU,PICU, NICU, Complex Care experience Vents and Tracheostomy experience Strong organisational skills, including risk management Computer literate, able to prioritise and deliver resultsResponsibilities: Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standards To play a role in the continuous development of the company To provide a professional service to the company To provide expertise on all paediatric clinical issues Ensure the accuracy of all clinical records and data completed within our paediatric care packages’.
