The Role:
As a Mortgage, Protection & Homebuying Adviser at First Mortgage, you’ll provide expert, customer-focused advice to clients throughout the full homebuying journey. With warm leads booked directly into your diary and full admin and post-application support, you can focus on what you do best building relationships, delivering great outcomes, and maximising your earning potential without hard sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Mortgage, Protection & Homebuying advice
- Guide clients through the full homebuying journey
- Manage warm leads generated by our strong brand
- Build long-term client relationships
- Work with our admin and post-app teams for a smooth customer journey
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Experience in mortgage advice (protection/homebuying experience helpful but not essential)
- A customer-focused, professional approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
