This is a standout opportunity to work within our high-performing adviser team. You’ll be guaranteed a minimum of 20 pre-qualified appointments per month, sourced from new and existing clients across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing?
You’ll use your experience and expertise to:
- Confidently deliver face-to-face mortgage and protection advice, tailored to individual client needs
- Clearly articulate our value proposition and explain the tangible benefits of choosing First Mortgage
- Maximise case values through robust, customer-focused protection advice
- Maintain consistently high standards of compliance in line with FCA regulations
- Achieve—and exceed—personal sales targets within a consultative sales framework
- Offer flexible appointments, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client availability
- Collaborate with a dedicated Case Manager who will progress each case from offer to completion
- Demonstrate passion and ambition in expanding your portfolio and client relationships
