The Role:
As a Protection Adviser at First Mortgage, you’ll deliver tailored, customer-focused protection advice using warm leads booked directly into your diary. With full admin and post-application support, you can focus on building long-term client relationships, identifying needs and shortfalls, and providing quality advice without hard sales or unnecessary admin.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Protection advice to address client’s needs & shortfalls
- Guide clients through the full protection journey
- Manage warm leads generated by our strong brand
- Build long-term client relationships
- Work with our admin and post-app teams for a smooth customer journey
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in providing protection advice (mortgage/homebuying journey experience helpful but not essential)
- A customer-focused, professional approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
